Can ovarian cancer detect by abdominal/pelvic ultrasound?? Does PCOS or ovarian cyst cause abdominal bloating or cramps??

yes they can be detected but best is to go for CT scan/MRI pelvis. Usually PCOs dnt cause bloating but cyst is of large size it can cause.
yes ultrasound can indicate that its cancer. but Mri and ct scan are needed to confirm

yes ultrasound is basic investigation to differentiate btw simple and malignant cyst
then comes further tests.. bld test and ct scan
large ovarian cyst can compress bowel and other abd organs so yes can cause bloatings and other pain
