If the other tube is healthy and patent, you can concieve in natural way after ruling out other factors. You need complete evaluation

depend upon condition of other tube if its norml u may conceive naturally... u cn go for hydrotubation or reconstruction of tube n ivf is way that bypass all procedure n u need imeediate outcome

If one Fallopian tube is open and normal conception can occur. Tubal surgery is not recommended when on tube is normal n healthy . However all such plans to be discussed with detailed history examination and investigation in person.

U need diagnostic laproscopy to see condition of both tubes and at the same time removal of cyst after that u can concieve if one tube is patent. Thee are other options like ovulation induction, our, and ivf is the last
