Assalamu alaykum. I'm 42 yrs old woman married for 11 years. Have 2 children. I have the issue of delay in menses since getting married. It is routine that my menses get abnormally delay for weeks. Sometimes even miss a month. I also get urine issue almost every month or after every 2 or 3 months. Urine comes repeatedly in drops. Very small amount with burning. Then I take cranmax sachet twice a day and issue gets resolved. I got ultrasounds of urinary tract and kidneys twice in last few years... They showed normal results. I'm 71 kg 5 feet 4.
