Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecology/ Vaginal Itching

I am 36 weeks pregnant. From last one month i have this vaginal itching on and off. I apply vaseline and it gives some time of relief but its getting much worse at night now. I tried using cap canestan for yeast infection but i think i did not placed it properly. No discharge or smell or any kind of other feeling just vaginal itching and pressure on pelvis. Please recommend something because it is getting impossible to sleep now.
