Talk to Gynecologist on Gyne And Dnc Related

Salam. I had my D&c done a week back, two days later I developed fever, bleeding and cramps and was admitted in hospital for 2 days with IV antibiotics and pain killers and was diagnosed with endometritis/ uterine lining infection (not endometriosis). Was given a further 5 days antibiotic, Augmentin duo forte ( amoxicillin and clavulanic acid) 875mg.

My questions are:

Have you treated a patient with endometritis? Is the antibiotic enough for the infection to clear up? Does it create a problem with conceiving? What further tests should I go for before trying for the baby again?

I also had a endometrial thickness of 13mm after D&c. Does that mean they doctors didn’t curettage the uterus?
