if both tubes are blocked on HSG. you may initially need a laparoscopic dye test ... as sometimes it could be due to spasm of tubes and dye test may relieve that. if still tubes remain blocked on laparoscopy then further option is ivf
ap k hormones bhi bhot disturb hain. apko laparoscopy n dye test to karwana pary ga lekin saath saath kuch medicines bhi laini pary gi. taky hormones set hon.

han laparoscopy pindi sy bhi ho sakta hai ager wahan expert doctors mojud hain to....baki conceive hoga ya nahi ye to tets k baad hi pta chaly ga.
