AoA. I m suffering from the priblem of white curdy dripping. It starts as the periods end and ends just before period starts. I m unmarried so worried that may be this problem cause me an unhealthy life later on. Plz guide me how to cure it with medicines or whch tests should be done. Last time i asked thus question and doctors suggested me to go for blood sugar checked. I did checked my sugar, it was 104mg/dl. I did my uric acid also chked because i ve pain in my sole, it was 2.39 mg/dl. So i want to know that what do doctors suggest me about my problem, should i go to see the doctor or it can be cured by precautions?

1-avoid wearing syntheitic material undergarments and trousers
2.avoid using public toilets-if un avoidable use indian commodes-if not possible then just dont touch ur skin on the seat.
3.start using sum good quality femina wash at least 2-3 times a day.
4.use separate hands fr different parts when cleaning/washing urself-dont sweep
as i always say tht non itchy non smelly white discharge before periods-and non smelly non itchy transparent discharge tht duznt affect ur social life is normal and under the action of cyclical release of natural hormones.
aoa... better to visit a gynecologist .. however precautions like maintain good hygiene..use pure cotton undergarments ...drink plenty of water can help you improve the symptoms

-Dear as u are unmarried so u should have some precautions and oral treatment.
-overtreatment can destroy normal pH and vaginal flora that increase risks of recurrent infection.
-have strict hygeine.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-sitz baths and olive oil massage.
-have tab fluconazole 150 mgs once for infection.
--for pain tab ponstan 500 mgs can be taken.
