no lowerabdominal pain or discharge . and you are living with your husband with twice a week relationship. than get your ultradound done on 12th day of menses for ovum tracking. ideally tubal patency should also be done . if any thing wrong in above mentioned things . get there treatment. and yes if there is no problem in above all things go for ovulation induction.
