Asking for Other, Female, 27 years old, Bhakkar

Stitches done 7 days back after epiostomy....heal it ointment is being used..and area is also washed with pyodine...now a part of this stitched area shows this type of wound....what has happened to this kindly guide ..is it some infection or what?

- Send More Detailed description/ photo of your wound .
- have good quality Protein diet ,Strict hygeine.
- Warm water Sitz baths and olive oil massage .
- Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- Daily walk ,yoga and light Exercise .
- in case of fever u will need Antibiotics course as well .
- after checking Wound condition proper guidance could be given .

Yes usually with infections the episiotomy wound can breakdown you need a swab taken from that site so that appropriate antibiotics can be prescribed

can you share the pic ?
if there is redness,pain,any pus coming out or u have fever then you should visit hospital.
your pus c/s should be send and antibiotic start accordingly
your antenatal period was smooth?
any history of anaemia,diabetes?

hot sitz bath,two times a day
tab cecon and multivitamin,once a day along with iron calcium supplement.
high protein diet
stay well hydrated
avoid constipation
