Salam I'm ttc from 7 years having endometriosis. My LMP was 3rd of September, this month on 3rd of October i missed my period, on 5th October i had a little spot of reddish watery discharge, today i did home pregnancy test which showed negative what should i do now. Could it be a pregnancy?
Watch for a week, situation will become more clear, if you can't, visit your doctor, USG may help you, at least on 5 th day of missing period do UPT, otherwise it can be misleading
wait for 1 wk at least then repeat pregnancy test

-if observes one sided lower abdominal pain with positive boood test result then u will need to be seen and examined in Gynae Emergency.
