Starting drip with injection in it to start pain is also called induction of labour. There used to be a standard dose of injection to be given in drip to initiate contractions. There is nothing like halki drip.
sometimes labour start after sweeping but not always
you can wait till 39 plus weeks if gdm is controlled.as at 37 weeks there will be an increased chance of failure.
yes continue with membranes sweepening and wait 2 weeks for natural labor
