salam, i have a question that i have a 17 month old baby delivered via C section and is completely on top feed since 1 month now all of a sudden my periods got missed did the test and was negative had taken primoult n to induce periods which showed up after 5 days of leaving the medicine now before periods i got the scan done and found out that i have an ovarian cyst of 5 cm in left ovary and ever since the dignosis i have been doing portion control and also walks for 45 min and also do the workout in 2 weeks i have lost some weight and i still have 15 days for my expected periods to come tou kiya irregular periods ki wajha say mujhay natural conception nahi hosakti? will i ever have childeren again in the future? or do i need medical assistance for getting pregnant? i am so worried right now because of my period cycle
