Unmarried.. 3 months ego, diagnosed by left ovarian cyst size 4×3.7cm...right was norml with follicles.. i always have a regular periods cycle of 29 days doc put me on medicine diane 35 for 3 months nd wobenzym N for 15 days.. after 1 month of using medicine i skip diane 35 because of fibroadenoma breast lump.... nxt month i again checked doc told me ovarian cyst size 4×3.9 cm... now from last 2 months i have an issue.. that my periods are still regular.. but after my periods i suddenly started spotting of fresh red blood.... blood came when i wake up in morning.. then afternoon..nd then at night . It remains for 12 days after my periods ends... i went to doc today .. ultrasound showed no cyst... but both ovaries are enlarge in size.. left ovary 14 ml nd right 12 ml..both having follicles... what does it mean to have enlarged ovaries in size....

Thanks your periods are due to harmonal imbalance nd need proper treatment nd investigation nd follow up scan after periods it may be due to pelvic congestion due to harmonal effect
Spotting after periods can be due to lacal cause or hormonal imbalances. Examination need to be done to rule out local cause. Please consult some expert gynaecologist.

Dr i just took diane 35 for 1 month in may.... i am unmarried..my gyne told me we cant look inside you... these reports are normal..... in my previous history i just had cured like discharge ..but now i just bleed morning afternoon and at night with fresh blood... nd my main concern was enlarge ovarian size..in previous USg right ovary was norml nd left had cyst.. now there is no cyst... but both ovaries are enlarge in size which is 12ml right or 14 ml left..

Just local examination(inspection) not digital . If any smelly, irritative coloured vaginal discharge then this can be sent to lab by collecting superficial gently if needed.Smear not needed Dear.
Better have healthy precautions.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi by daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have less salt, suger, oil ad spice in Diet.
-have detailed discussion on history and get investigations (blood tests) and treatment.
Balanced weight and Bmi can solve many issues Gradually.
