My last period date was 12th june., I am always regular with my periods and my cycle is usually of 26 days. I am married and trying to conceive. I still have not got my periods and I am experiencing mild cramps and lower back ache since 6th july. I have never misser my periods even after marriage. What should I do ? Should I do urine pregnancy test? Will it show this early ?

Yes there are chances that you may have conceived but it can be confirmed by checking Urine test for BetaHCG hormone level in your body. It should be done by using first First Morning urine. You can do it home.
And for yours Back pain and cramps, some time before starting yours period you may experience early symptoms of It, Like back pain and cramps just before 1 week or some days.
But as you said you never missed yours period. So there can be chances of pregnancy.
