My periods are always regular.. My last period date was 13 july. I used letrozole for 5 days from 2nd day of period n pregnova for 21 days from 2nd day of period till 3 august, told me that i shall get periods when i stop pregnova.. Bt i have no period till 11 days late from my last date.. Strip preg. Test is negative. What should i do? Wait for periods or take medicine for periods.. Is there any chance of pregnancy in my situation? I m trying to conceive.

if u r worried for missing periods-then go fr bhcg to rule out pregnancy first-of course wth letrozole taken in previous cycle u hv a chance tht u might b pregnant-aft ruling out pregnancy u can further b assessed...

Pregnancy strip has less sensitivity. Get serum beta hCG done to rule out pregnancy. Further management will be after its report.

-first you need to confirm Pegnancy status.
_as it could be very Early pregnancy so urine pregnancy test and scan will not be help ful better to have blood Pregnancy test /Serum beta hcg.
-if it reports positive, have Detailed Evaluation and regularly Continue folic acid-Daily.
-if pregnancy test reports Negative then u can discuss with your treating Fertility Consultant.
