Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Dubai

I am a female, age 28, married. Two to three days before periods, I got sharp pain in this part (area described in picture) above my thigh joint on left side from the middle. The mild pain stayed for three days and sometimes pain was severe. Then I got periods and pain stayed as usual. The pain was all over the area as it is normally during the periods. I took ibuprofen and got relief from the pain, except the pain in that specific part above thigh joint. I have a history of cyst in left ovary which appeared back in 2016 but it was naturally disappeared after I got my next periods as told by doctor. Please advise should I consult the doctor or it’s normal because of periods.
