Assalamu alaykum.
My daughter dob 2 August 2010 had her first menses around 4 months ago.
Since then she's having irregularities. She gets periods bleeding more than once every month.
She gets diarrhea, cramps,indigestion issue suddenly.
Then gets well next day.
Got her blood tests done. All was normal except hemoglobin was lower.
Giving her ensure powder three spoons in one cup daily.
Advised iron syrrup but not started. Today she remained fine but suddenly had too much pain, cramps, and loose motions.
Kindly advise if we may give buscopan or panadol for cramps???
And what to do for repeated sudden loose motions???
Periods also not getting regular.
you can give her bascopan but avoid panadol its normal during start of menstruation
Get pelvic ultrasound n check up by doctor

She can see nearby doctor for hydration n vomiting treatment but as gynaecologist I can only advise further after investigation
