- Dear have u done Your antenatal dating Scan recently ...fetus and gestational sac observed Properly intrauterine ???
- Any vormitings ,fever ,nausea if u have !! Considerable actually .any vaginal foul smelling irritating discharge ,bleeding ???
- its better to repeat Transvaginal scan for fetal well-being and any pelvic pathology like ovarian cyst ( torsion ) any inflammed Appendix etc .do have complete blood count as well as urgent and report here ,if any foul smelling irritating vaginal discharge also observed should have high vaginal swab as well.
- Scan should be with Expertise hands .
- its better to have as urgent CBC as well as scan and Report gynae Emergency .
- why U had Hysteroscopy ???
- I hope things would Be better .
- check symmptoms like fever,nausea, vormitings ,vaginal discharge as well and report was the scan reports .

still having pain ??? check for temp as well .
if CBC had some changes with Mild Fever could be appendix !!
recheck symmptoms and then need to have one Examination actually if pain persists .
just localized right sided pain need evaluation by surgeon if feel nausea and temp with or with out leucocytes increased count !!!
