- Dear it's better to have Detailed Evaluation in Obstetrics Emergency for baby as well as mother .
- She need ultrasound ,blood tests ( cbc,Uce, urinalysis,urine Culture ) .
- if Dehydration present it's better to have intravenous fluids and electrolytes replacement As well.
- baby well being also need to Evaluate and at 20 wks detailed anomaly scan needed .
- will need intravenous antiemetics , intravenous fluid if Dehydration that is Suspected .
- will need vit B as well especially B1 and 6 .
-do have immediate Detailed Gynae,obs Evaluation .
