-Dear it seems some digestive system issue is there but if it's Cyclic(only observe near or before periods) then need to have detailed Evaluation by gynae as well.
-have one serum Beta hcg to be on safe side and one transabdominal and transvaginal scan to Exclude all pelvic and abdominal pathologies and reffered Pain as well.
-follow with beta hcg and scan report and have Detailed Examination by local gynae and then Physicien to have Clear picture and proper treatment.
