Talk to Gynecologist on Gynocology
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Isb
. . I am having cramps since 3 days i-e 21 st day of cycle ,but normally i get 4-5 days before periods, also having fatigue ,back ache,leg cramps,nausea (sometime) and too much weakness . .can these be signs of conception? If yes which precautions should be taken? TIA

start folic acid once daily
healthy diet
take folio acid daily. rest n healthy diet. I'd symptoms unbearable then consult obstetrician
