walaikum asalam.firstly do all regular test regarding liver assissment of ur wife.like viral profile including HBsantigen,LFTs and whole abdomen US to check her liver function.hopefully hers test would be fine than she can conceive easily with your HB medicines.

it's Engerix B...its nt contraindicated in pregnancy but u need to be sure she duznt hv it already...and there's no data available regarding its administration during pregnancy...u shud take opinion of a medical specialist for further management...
