Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Gujranwala
I'm almost 19 week pregnant but from past few days i have pain in my ear and neck muscles the pain spread from back to front sometimes and change its side.My gynae recommed me caricef than spaidax i feel no relieve from that all.I have stable bp. Can anyone recommend me pregnancy safe ontiment or myscle relaxant medicine.

If you have pain inside ear or deep down in ear, you should consult an ENT specialist to exclude middle ear infection .
For neck muscle pain, you can try warm compresses, gentle stretching, and posture correction. I would also recommend consulting an ENT specialist for evaluation of the ear pain
