Talk to Gynecologist on Headache &high Heartbeat

I am 24 weeks pregnant with my second child with a great gap (my elder son is 20 years old). Since yesterday morning I am facing very severe headache with sudden high heartbeats. My heartbeat becomes high sometimes while this headache is there all the time. I took Pamol (1000 mg) twice yesterday. After taking pills it vanished for some time then come again. My blood level is slightly low since the beginning of my pregnancy (I am taking iron tablets and trying to eat vegetables and fruits high in iron). Besides that I do not have any other medical history, However, my all siblings have high blood pressure as our mother had a history of high blood pressure and heart problem. I have a healthy lifestyle. I am still going to gym thrice a week and eating clean. My next appoinment with midwife is on monday morning but i am really feeling uncomfortable with this headache and high heartbeat. Kindly suggest what to do now?
