Talk to Gynecologist on Headache And B.p Issue After C Section

Hello, i have a cesarian c-section operation last Thursday 28th july. Gave birth bany boy. After few days i feel severe headache with back shoulder pains, now last 2 days my b.p is 148/75 little hypertension side but my pulse rate is well below normal it is 50 or 52 which is making ne worry kindly guide me what to do. My preoperative b.p was normal and doctors give me spinal injection for operation
