i am having first trimester of pregnancy and having cough and constipation. kindly tell food and fruits which are healthy for me in this trimester.. tell me any suitable medicine to avoid cough thanks..

-Dear lots of vegetables and fruits, can have oranges (less citrus or more sweet, papaya, apples, banana), soups and juices even milk shake as well.
- have plenty of water, daily walk and yoga.
-have mint leaves water with honey like tea it will avoid Constipation.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, daily walk, above advised tea, Exercise, yoga.
-avoid undercooked food, soft cheese.
-take dishes with gravy.
- syp lactulose is advised for Constipation if needed.
-isphagol husk daily twice or thrice with water one tea spoon.

Avoid cold things like ice cream or cold beverages, eat properly washed green leafy vegetables , avoid rice , eat wheat roti or bran bread , take lots of l water and liquids, avoid unnecessary medicines , take folic acid regularly
