- Dear some times due to over work or long standing blood pressure and suger levels lower down in pregnancy so in these episodes it's better to have blood pressure ,pulse ,suger levels monitoring so can have idea of any abnormality if present .2nd if u have had any cardiac related medical issue then better to have detailed Evaluation .
check and observe for symmptoms and report if observe to have evaluation but have balance diet ,daily walk and mild Exercise .
- have fefal vit daily and try to maintain Haemoglobin .add iron containing food in diet .
have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
do follow regular antenatal check ups wth serial scans with your treating Doctor .
