Talk to Gynecologist on Hemorrhaging Cyst In Left Ovary

i met an accident in 2019, because of i gone through different kind of x-rays and ultrasound, from which i got to know that i have a hemorrhaging cyst in my left ovary. then after recovering from accident in 2020 i consulted with a gynaecologist and then she prescribed me Danazol for 4 months, but it didn't work much. in 2021 i consulted with another gynaecologist and she prescribed me Famila 28 for 4 months. But situation remained same, in fact i am having another comparatively small cyst in the same ovary. then that dr suggested ovary removal is the oy solution. then i went for another opinion, and she suggested that, the cyst can be removed from the ovary. These cysts don't trouble me much in normal days, but when i get my periods, i go through severe pain and very heavy flow for 3/4 days. i have my periods after every 19/20 days for 7 days, my dates never change, never miss my periods. PS. Am not married.
