High Bp Head Ache In Postpartum

AOA
I had preterm labor with normal delivery at 24+ weeks (end of 6 months) baby didn\'t survive
Its been 6 days after delivery
For last 2 days i am having headache mostly at the back of head n sides and some time fever with shivering that goes away after ponstan
Medicine prescribed:
Aldomet 500mg twice a day
Zinoximor Antibiotics 500mg twice
Clexane injection once daily  ( blood thinner)
Iron supplement twice
It was my 2nd pregnancy
I hv a 7 yr kid
Why i m having headache
Checking bp its normal mostly sometime 130 or 140

when was this preterm delivery?
delivery details....ur bp was high that time?
baby was died before delivery or after?
have u given mgso4 at time u admitted in drip?
when was your urine and blood test done last and its result?
u have bp since shen?
how often u r checking your bp....what is minimum to maximum range of both diastolic and systolic?
dear bp is common thing but sometimes after delivery ladies can have fits too...even it can lead to serious manifestation..do not take it light...please take appointment and do ur proper follow up

Can i take aldomet before breakfast or without food?... so that i take it on time?
