Aoa your stress is understandable. If u are 29years old and FSH is high. Still the age is in your favour. You can check for reliable fertility centre. They will check AMH and other hormones and let you know. So sooner the better. Thanks

After that you can try for routine methods of treatment

Your AMh is fine but FSH is high ivf is a better option agr ovaflow bhi kha li hai because increase fsh means aap ka system periods wala and uterus and ovaries ka function jaldi bnd ho jaega so time waste na krein.
