I was having high prolactin issue that i treated for and is normal now Alhamdulillah.. But the issue is my breast is engorged and swelled it pains when i lay down. MRI and scan was normal, What possibly can be done? As the doctor only suggested hot or cold compress but I am in this state since 40-55 days now.

-if test done recently from authorized labs and all normal,instead of hot foamentation and warm baths and massage with olive oil still no benefit then its better to have breast Examination.
-before breast specialist consultation again have warm baths with olive oil massage recurrently in a day and for pain can have tab pistan 500 mgs.
-If Labsnot done recently repeat serum. Prolectin at least from some authorized lab.
