Talk to Gynecologist on High Prolactin And Small Follicles In Ovaries

So, I recently got my tests done and it showed high prolactin 31.5. My LH was 2.07, FSH was 1.79.

I think low LH and FSH is due to high prolactin as high prolactin suppresses LH and FSH (as per what I have heard).

I'm getting delayed periods, once in two months that too needs a trigger like Iron capsules or green teas.

Got my Ultrasound done and it showed small follicles in ovaries. My AMH test and all other hormones test came normal.

Dr. suggested me a 10 day Primolut course which made me get scanty dark brown and very less periods. Now again its been two months and no periods. This time, dr suggested me a 30 day Familia course but I have not started yet as I think birth control hormonal pills harm the body way too much to be used for such a long time.

Should I start eating cabergoline (dostinex) once a week? I don't want birth control pills and wants to make my hormones in place as soon as possible as I'm getting married next month.
