i had 2 pre mature deliveries in 28 and 31 weeks.. now i am pregnent again Alhmdulillah. its my 10th week going on.. dr. has suggested me complete bed rest but i have to go on my job and do all my house chore. i am very tense i can't do bed rest. is it possible that i can have full term baby with this routine
go for cervical cerclage or help better along with medicine
firstly tell about prev cause of preterm delveries. avoid infection. get a cx cerclage . get proper follow ups

you have to do your ultrasound at 14 wks for cervical length then must apply cervical cerclage...

i am using dhupaston, loprin and folic acid.. and gravibinon injection on every 10th day.. had cervical cerclage in 2nd pregnencey but when labour pains started doctors removed cerclage

continue ur medicine and use injection IVF C instead of injection gravibinon and take advantage of circlage and rest and hope for better outcome by ALLAH Almighty

if cervical length is good than also consider cerclage ?? last time my length was good but dr. applied just to be on safe side but it was of bo use

if cervical length is normal and no h/o pain less rupture of membrane you may be not opt for circlage but will be exclude infection if there will symptoms of vaginal discharge
