Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Isb
I went through left thyroid lobectomy because of a haemorrhagic cyst & drs found a parathyroid tumor & removed it. It was an accidental finding. Now 7 weeks after surgery i went for serum calcium & PTH. Calcium is normal but PTH is high i.e 218. After another month its still 200. What to do? I also have swollen submandibular lymph nodes & largest one is 15mm. Dr said its reactive but its not going away.
