Talk to Gynecologist on High SGPT In Pregnancy

I want to discuss my sgpt was high 238 then i was given urso by gynea and it comes down to 175 the dose was increased to 500twice a day and level check after a week almost it is now 109 but i still have slight itching in my body .. Also is it a problem for baby if the levels are decreasing
it needs complete test profile. to evaluate cause of itching . get an appointment

-Dear pregnancy can affect liver hormones and bile salts with symmptoms so its better to have detailed Evaluation for baby as well as your well being to check exactly cause.
-strict Check on symptoms like itching, baby 's movements and strech markscEtc.
-need ultrasound evaluation if not done recently for fetal well being and blood tests to exclude obstetrics Cholestasis.
-calamine lotion can be applied to reduce itching.
-take all above advices seriuosly.
