Plz visit a gynaecologist for proper history and evaluation.. Sudden changes in body are not a good sign.. Get ur complete investogations done.
You need investigations to be done. So consult your gynaecologist.

u need a proper detailed OBG consultation...sudden weight gain, acne, hirsutism, reduced flow, ir regular cycles r pointing towards polycystic ovaries-but u c to prove my diagnosis u shud hv following invx done:
1.full bladder pelvic ultrasound
2.day2: LH and FSH
3.prolactin
4.thyroid profile
5.free testosterone levels
6.HbA1C/ insulin levels
so hv an OBG consultation so tht ur treatment starts
