My periods are irregular from last 1 year but from last 4 months my periods are regular and my facial hair growth is very slow from last 4 months i have been taking multi vitamins and minerals because i am very weak my blood pressure remains low all time which affects my overall health and eyesight that's why I started taking multi-vitamins and minerals by taking these tablets it's helps a lot my periods became normal my blood pressure became normal my energy level improve but last about 3 times i take the tablets 2 times in a day and start drinking spearmint tea when i start taking these 2 things simultaneously i spot blood with my white discharge for like 3 days and one day it's just only brown blood and this month my periods are late for like 9 days late. I just want to know can i take multivitamins regularly on daily basis is there any side effects of multivitamin and minerals. And can i drink or skip the spearmint tea with multivitamin and minerals.

my weight is 53 kg last year ultrasound krwaya tha as such koi issue ni aya tha test krway thy jo thk ni ay thy testosterone level zyada tha then doctor prescribe me birth control pill after 6 months i stop taking this pill after leaving this pill my periods remain normal but acne hona start ho gya phly kbi ni hoa tha from last September ma acne face kr rhi itni severe ni hai
