My friend diagnosed with PCOS gynecologist gave her supplement for 6 months after medication repeat ultrasound now ultrasound reports are normal but her symptoms doesn't go away like hirsutism and belly fat she got laser sessions but hair growth doesn't slow now gynecologist gave her diane 35 tablet her period are normal and this increase weight and other side effects can she take saw palmetto supplement for hirsutism and how much dosage her weight is 42 kg but belly fat doesn't go away plz guide her.
