Talk to Gynecologist on Hormonal Problem
Asking For Self, Female, 23 Years old, lahore
I am married since five months i have periods problem ultrasound reports result hormones disturbance after taking medicine for 21 days TAB PROGYLUTON i got my periods and second day of periods i was asked for test reports are attached need to know the results so i can cope up with that problem of hormones. Any doctor suggestions what should i do? Ultrasound and test reports are attached!
Salams. Ultrasound apperas fine. hormones need to be reviewed and maybe even more tests. see a gynaecologist or endocrinologist

Aoa I have seen yours reports.. Your ultrasound report is normal but yours hormonal level are deranged especially prolactin level is raised.. U took tab. Brotin 2.5 mg twice a day for 1 month and then repeat your prolactin level after 1 month.. If u are over weight then try to reduce your weight as well and adopt a healthy life style. Thanks

prolactin is ur thyroid profile as medicine u ll hv wthdrawl bleeds but as soon as u leave the medicine u wont go into natural cycles-better treat the raised prolactin and do ur thyroid TSH causes hyperprolactinemia...

salaam. you have disturb hormones and high prolactin levels. but disturbence is little and can be managed with medecine. But before prescribing medecines you need detailes physical examination and counselling. which needs consultation with gynaecologist.
