Talk to Gynecologist on Hot Hands And Feet In Pregnancy

Hello Dr. I am currently 4 months pregnant this is my 18th week. I have been facing too much gas since a week and since 2 days i have a problem that my hands and feet get too hot at night. Whenever I check my temperature it's normal but this heat causes alot of disturbance at night. What could be the reason ? I always had low bp but these days the digital apparatus shows around 120 to 130 and sometimes lower. What could be the reason ? My next appointment is at the end of this month please i need your guidance
Dear heat coming out from hands and feet,if associated with sweating,palpitations then u have to get ur thyroid function tests, it could also be due tp vitamin deficiency.. Take multivitmins fruits daily. Digital bp apparatus usually gives bp of 10 units higher.. If upper level is 140 or more and lower level is 90 or more then its serious.
