Talk to Gynecologist on Hydrosalpinx In Right Fallopian Tube

I got married 1 year ago and I've had a miscarriage at 9 weeks.. then I got my dnc done, After that it's been almost a year I'm not able to conceive.. Ultrasound showed infection first and a cyst but it got okay with medicines.. then now it's showing hydrosalpinx in right tube.. On ultrasound left tube looks fine.. Only hydrosalpinx in Right one. I've taken many antibiotics for this but it's not curing.. Also I've history of the values are okay now with medications. please suggest what should be done, I want to conceive naturally.. Also got diagnosed with pcos in last ultrasound.

if one tube is normal, you can concieve. for pcos, may be you will need treatment. what is your weight n how is your cycle
if one tube is fine then no problem visit some doctor and start treatment for conception
better take an appointment so that work up and treatment should be started.

Ok I was waiting for my periods to come so that I can get HSG test done.. but their date was 28 and still no sign of them.. So should I just get the treatment for pcos now?
