I feel pain when i touch my hymen. It is already "broken", but could I injure it somehow and it didn't heal completely yet?

Tab Panadol 2 thrice a day for two days and do not touch hymen, please it will definitely hurt you. apply Xyloaid cream or visit Gynaecologist if no improved . Don't take any treatment which will destroy your obstetrical career
