Talk to Gynecologist on Hymen Restoration

Is hymenoplasty actually effective? should girls you have gone through any coercion/abuse in past consider it as a reliable step to restore their own confidence. there is literature available online but almost zero to none information of it being performed in LHR/Pakistan and any reliability? No one would want things to worsen or have any associated risks or future complications. Please guide. Thanks.
