I m having problm of Hypomenorrhea..I am having very light period that continues 9 to 10 days then stop..I soak only 2 3 pads whole period..my cycle is normal of 3 weeks ,periods starts on time..recently I m tak8ng ferrous sulphate for 3 weeks but I don't think so its working coz I m having the same condition still now
As long as your periods are regular and you bleed for a minimum of 3 days it is all normal. Light bleeding is nothing to worry, it's the heavy bleeding that needs work up and treatment. You can continue taking fefol which will help correct any underlying anemia.
