take panadol extra or cf, steam inhalation, gargles with salt n if have fever too than oral antibiotics.

First of all do ur covid 19 test even if u r vaccinated or u hd covid before...if the test turns out to b negative then u can take anti allergic,do mouthwash gargles twice/thrice a day, and yes panadol is safe in pregnancy
