Talk to Gynecologist on Hypothyroidism, Bicornuate Uterus, Two Previous Abortions With Placenta Previa In 2nd Trimester Trying To Concieve Again After 2 Years Of Miscarriage

I have a history of two abortion in 2nd trimester first one due to anomaly in baby end up with induce abortion and 2nd one was spontaneous abortion. In both of pregnancy at 4 month I had severe bleeding with clots due to low lying placenta. In 2nd pregnancy I diagnosed bicornuate uterus. My blood group is B -ve and I also diagnosed hypothyroidism after my miscarriages. Then I took two year gap and now I am trying to concieve my periods are always came 2 3 days early but this time it is 2 days late. My TSH is 4.31. could you guide me how to concieve and have a healthy and full term pregnancy with all these conditions?
so means currently u r on thyroxine?
bicornuate uterus is a v big risk for 2nd trimester miscarriage. do u have any reports regarding ur bicornuate uterus?

Hi Mam.Yes I am taking 75mcg of levothyroxin daily. What I can do now to concieve and have healthy full term pregnancy? I am attaching my previous pregnancies scan reports. Also my blood group is B -ve, is it a cause of concern?
