I had a surgery of hysterectomy and the doctor didn't remove the cervix, and now it is bleeding heavily. what should I do?

ye I consulted and she is also confused that why bleeding start after like 25 days .she burnt the place with cotry and then bleeding was continued yesterday she put guazes and now she is telling us to consult with oncologist even psps smear they took clear she has doubt may be cancer inside and not coming in pap smear
