I am 2 month pregnant at 2nd month i have implantation bleeding some dr said there is no fetal pole no Fhs what should i do?

Usually by 6 weeks duration Fetal pole is visible. Repeat your ultrasound after a week to see the growth.

Aoa.yes mam yestersday i went to dr and she repeated ultradound she said all is normal but fetal heart sound is not visible now i m worried bcz i hd already mischarge at 14 march 2021.so plz tell me what i should do
