27 months pregnant. Developed oligohydramnios in the 25th month. please share its treatment and how I can overcome it.

Doppler ultrasound is attached. AFI is 3 only. in urine analysis, protein and haemoglobin has been detected in it. please suggest further treatment.

This is too minimal information to comment on. AFI is also not mentioned. It’s better to visit in clinic as very detailed ultrasound and dopplers are needed and plan of delivery in a tertiary care hospital
