Talk to Gynecologist on I Am Pregnant And Had Anomaly Scan In 19 Weeks 4 Days In Which Dr Has Written Mild Increase In Amniotic Fluid

Previously I was 24 weeks pregnant when had lbour pain and my baby couldn't survive. My doctor told me it's because of infection. Now again I am pregnant. At 13 weeks I had cervix cerclage as my cervix length was I am 19 weeks 4 days pregnant. Today had anomaly scan in which Dr has written that my cervix length is 3.8cm ma'sha'Allah. Is that possible? Secondly he has written that I am having mild increase in amniotic fluid. He has written that its 16.9cm. I am really worried for this. Is this something alarming? Pls guide me that what should I do?
